"NABLAS Handbook" is a ruleset for the members who work in NABLAS Inc. It covers various workflows and ways of communication. Remember, however, it's not a complete rule book which covers everything. Why we need a handbook?

  • Because NABLAS is an international company
    • Everybody has different background and culture
    • Our divergence is slightly bigger than other companies
  • Because NABLAS is a highly remote work oriented company
    • Smooth & efficient communication is our lifeline
  • Because it's important to consolidate information
    • We need to conslidate important information to one place

To avoid unnecessary conflicts, misunderstanding or dissatisfaction, a consolidated information source which defines how do we work together is helpful.

How we maintain the handbook

  • The original version of "NABLAS Handbook" is stored in a github repo
  • Anyone can suggest modifications via PR
  • The owner (currently, CEO Nakayama) will approve, deny, or start discussion
  • Having discussion before publishing PR is recommended for smooth adoption
