Evaluate candidates as your highest priority task

• If a new candidate's information is posted, you have to put down your working tasks what ever it is. You spend several minutes to several ten minutes to check his/her resume, evaluate the candidate, then go back to your work.

• If you belong to one of the technical positions (Researcher, Research Engineer or Software Engineer), it's mandatory to evaluate the candidates for these positions. There is no exception.
