Since NABLAS adopt a highly remote working style, it's sometimes difficult to understand other members (or teams) activities. "NABLAS Weekly" is an important opportunity to know about each other as well as company's situation.

Turn ON camera in all meetings

• From the following reasons, you should turn ON your camera during a meeting.

  • to secure psychological safety
  • to get more information (expression and gestures)

• It's acceptable that your family members (or pets) end up in the camera frame

Working environment

Work in a granted place

To secure considential information, it is important to work in a place which is granted by company. Working in a public place such as Cafe is not granted. One of the conditions of remote working is to work in a granted place. Remember, violatinting it will risk everybody work in NABLAS in various ways.

Have a high-speed Internet environment

Make sure to have a high-speed Internet. Since NABLAS is a highly remote-work oriented company, smooth communication is our lifeline. Without high-speed Internet connection, it's not possible.
